Donald Cole, General Manager, has over 40 years of experience working in the cleaning and passivation industry. He has worked in a supervisory capacity all over the country, and has led the Hart Passivation field team since 2010.

Ray Bauer, Sr. Field Superintendent, joined Hart Passivation in 2010 and has over 30 years of experience working in the cleaning and passivation field. His superior capabilities have earned him an impeccable reputation around the country.

Sean joined Hart Passivation in June 2014 and proved himself to be a quick study, advancing to his current position in leaps and bounds. He spearheads Hart Passivation’s Mechanical Polishing and Electro-Polishing Services Group.
