Jonathan joined Hart as an Assistant Project Manager, and has developed exceptional management skills over the past 15 years, leading some of Hart’s largest technical Biotech Pharmaceutical and Industrial construction projects. His services have included: Construction Management, Project Management, Cost Controls, Scheduling, Estimating, and Change Management. Jonathan is a self-starter and brings to Hart both professional and organized management skills. He is also a member of both the New England Mechanical Contractors Association (MENCA) and the Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).

James joined Hart Engineering as a Project Manager in 2002. He has over twenty-five years of managerial experience in the construction of municipal water and private sector projects. His focus has been wastewater treatment facilities and transport systems. He also brings to Hart extensive experience in the public utilities sector, having a hands-on background in water treatment facilities and utility distribution systems. In addition, James is an active member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and Utility Contractors Association of RI (UCARI).
James O’Keefe

James joined Hart Engineering in 2008 as a Project Engineer Co-Op student from Northeastern University and became a full-time employee upon graduating. In that time, James advanced into managing many of Hart’s largest and most complex projects within the Life Sciences Market. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication to maintaining Hart’s impeccable quality and safety standards, James was named a Vice President in 2022. In addition, James is an active member of the New England Mechanical Contractors Association (NEMCA), International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE), and UA Local 51 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC).
