Director Bio-Process Engineering
- Masters or Bachelor of Science Chem E, or Related
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience
- Experience working for Bio-pharm Manufacturer and / or Engineering Consultant
- Recognized standing in the community
- Experience with Engineering Documents (PFD’s P&ID’s, M&E Calculations, Equipment Specifications, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of current bioprocess technologies and manufacturing trends
- Demonstrated knowledge of BPE Guidelines
- Active in industry organizations (ISPE)
- Ability to Manage and grow a technical group
- Ability to mentor junior staff
- Active involvement with BD activities
- Possess a positive, cooperative and professional bearing
