David and Belle Rampone Named 2022 Miriam Hospital Foundation People of the Year!
Hart Engineering President, David Rampone and his wife Belle Rampone were recently honored as the 2022 Miriam Hospital Foundation People of the Year. Below is this special announcement, as shared by the Foundation;
For more than 20 years, David and Belle Rampone have devoted their time, talent, and treasure in support of The Miriam’s mission, and provided trusted guidance, passionate advocacy, and direct assistance to help advance critical hospital initiatives. The couple is deeply committed to ensuring that the highest quality of health care is available to the community—a belief that epitomizes what The Miriam is all about. For those reasons, and many others, they were recognized as The Miriam’s People of the Year for 2022!
A trustee of The Miriam Hospital Foundation, David has provided his professional expertise to the Buildings and Grounds Committee and serves on the distribution committee of The Edward J. and Virginia M. Routhier Foundation. On a professional level, he is owner and president of Hart Engineering Corporation. A longtime corporate contributor, Hart has sponsored hospital galas and golf tournaments, and supported various fund-a-need campaigns. For her part, Belle is a life member of The Miriam Hospital Women’s Association and has served on several of the hospital’s annual gala committees. Together they created The Rampone Family Nurses Education Fund to support the incredible work of The Miriam’s oncology nurses.
The Miriam is forever indebted to the Rampones for their selfless contributions and congratulates them on receiving this well-deserved recognition. Moreover, the hospital is grateful for all its friends and supporters and looks forward to continued partnerships with all for the benefit of the community it serves.
