The support Hart offers its clients does not end when the completed master plan is turned over to the client. Hart can assist is scope design and RFQ writing. Although Hart would like to be considered for the engineering and construction portions of the final project, Hart offers unbiased assistance with bid evaluation. If Hart is not selected to perform the work; both engineering and construction support is available to help lessen the burdens of project coordination on the client.
