LAB DESIGN, RENOVATION, RETROFIT
Laboratories are the pillar which Research & Development
Facilities are based. Current Technical and Economic criteria are
driving the evolution of Laboratories to more “flexible” and
stringent design criteria. Hart has been actively facilitating
clients’ strategic objectives to design the laboratory requirements
of their future. A substantial portion of these laboratory designs
and build-outs are within existing spaces allocated to be
“re-purposed”.
Facility Renovations/Retrofits, and specifically
Laboratories (Analytical, Imaging, Process Development or Pilot
operations to name a few), are a core competency of Hart.
